What are Connextion Groups?
A Connextion Group is a meeting of individuals or couples that come together to learn how to apply the Bible to their everyday lives. It is done in a setting where you can ask questions, participate in discussion, and hear other’s points of views and experiences.
What is the purpose of Connextion Groups?
Our Connextion Groups serve as part of the discipleship ministry at Calvary Baptist Church. It is within these groups you can feel connected to the Calvary family. Our purpose is to:
1. Connect you to an authentic relationship.
First and foremost to connect you with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Secondly, to connect you to other believers for mutual edification and encouragement.
2. Connect you to God’s Word.
Through the study of God’s Word, you will come to understand God’s plan and purpose for your life.
3. Connect you to an “Umbrella of Care”
Our Connextion Groups are one of the many means of providing care to our church family. It is within these groups where you can minister and be ministered to in times of need.
