Sundays @ Calvary

Each Sunday we gather for small group at 9:30 am with our awesome teachers. At this time, we all dig into God’s word to grow our relationship nearer to Christ. This is also a great time for each student to build relationships with other peers.

There is also a bible study each Sunday at 5 p.m. where we will all be discovering the power of purpose in this life. This is a great study for all teens as they are trying to discover who they are called to be in this life.

Wednesdays @ Calvary

Each Wednesday we all gather for a time of worship as students are led by hearing the gospel from faithful preaching. The service starts each week at 6:30 p.m. this is a perfect place for students to learn about the love Christ has for them. We have several special events each month to engage each student to the gospel of Jesus Christ. Each week we also gather for a time of fellowship at 6 p.m. where we eat great food and hang out for a great time.

Purpose

The mission of this youth group is to allow each youth to build their relationship with God while constantly growing their faith in Jesus. It is our goal for each student to feel as they are part of a community while building relationships with each other through Jesus.

It is important that each student strives to develop his/her leadership abilities by serving others while having fun in a faith-filled environment.

Camps & Activities

We will be attending Student Life Camp at the Wharf at Orange Beach from June 21st to June 25th. This camp will be led by Robby Gallaty and a great worship band. A one hundred dollar deposit is due now and the total cost of the trip will be two hundred and twenty five dollars.

This will be a camp that will create a longing desire for each student to strive to be more like Christ. This will be a week that the student’s will remember for the rest of their lives. They will all be impacted by the new relationships they create through the games, late night talks, waterpark adventures, worship, and most of all a longing to talk to Jesus.

This summer we will be having several events such as swimming, waterparks, paintball, great food, and so much more!!
